About Me

I studied human medicine in Frankfurt am Main and Freiburg im Breisgau in Germany, but dropped out a few semesters after Physikum (first big part) and continued my education as a self-taught individual. I lived and worked outside the system but kept interested in the medical field over many years. I furthered my education in many areas (theology, psychology, virology, immunology, economics, holistic healing) and gained a lot of personal experience. As for health, autoimmune diseases and alleviating kidney issues are my focus.

My first books as a popular science author were about obesity and the psychology of weight loss and overeating. This was around the time Ozempic & Wegovy was introduced. The problem seemed to be solved initially, but lasting success is impossible without lifestyle and dietary changes. I have expanded the insights gained from this work to include general fitness, sports, lifestyle, and overall health.
