About Me

I studied human medicine in Frankfurt am Main and Freiburg im Breisgau in Germany,  but dropped out after Physikum (first big part) and  and continued my education as a self-taught individual. I lived and worked outside the system but kept interested in the medical field over many years. I furthered my education in many areas (theology, psychology, virology, immunology, economics, holistic healing) and gained a lot of personal experience. As for health, autoimmune diseases and alleviating kidney issues are my focus.

My first books were about obesity and the psychology of weight loss and overeating. This was around the time Ozempic & Wegovy was introduced. The problem seemed to be solved initially, but lasting success is impossible without lifestyle and dietary changes. I have expanded the insights gained from this work to include general fitness, sports, lifestyle, and overall health.
