2. Subject matter of the contract

The subject matter of the contract is the sale of digital content, which will be made available to the customer as a download after payment.

3. Contract conclusion

By clicking on the order button, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is concluded as soon as the seller provides access to the download file or confirms this by email.

4. Prices and payment

All prices* are quoted in euros. These are final prices. As a micro-entrepreneur under French law, I am exempt from sales tax in accordance with Article 293 B of the Code Général des Impôts (CGI). Therefore, I do not show sales tax on invoices or on the website.
Payment is made using the payment methods offered on the website (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, credit card, and debit card).

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is exclusively digital – by providing a download link or sending by email. Delivery takes place immediately after receipt of payment (delivery time: 0). Shipping is free for all orders (0 euros).

6. Right of withdrawal

Since this is digital content that is available and usable immediately after payment, the statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB) expires if the customer expressly agrees to this. This is the usual standard for digital content that is available and usable immediately after payment and enables direct access (download) to the product without delay.

7. Copyright and rights of use

All eBooks from this website are protected by copyright. Upon purchase, the customer receives a simple, non-transferable right for private use. Reproduction, distribution, or public access are prohibited. For copyright reasons, each purchased eBook is protected by a password, which the customer receives after purchase.

8. Disclaimer

The seller shall not be liable for any damage resulting from the use of the digital content, unless it is based on intentional or grossly negligent behavior.

9. Applicable law

EU law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, the seller's place of residence.

10. Dispute resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR). Note pursuant to § 36 VSBG: The seller is not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
